Bio

Ido Rozenberg was born in israel, and has been engaged with the performing arts from a very young age. As a child Ido studied drama, classical piano and ballet and got to perform on both domestic and international stages. Ido’s professional education started at the drama department in Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts, and continued with higher education at Beit-Zvi School of the Performing Arts. During his years as a student Ido received intensive drama, vocal and dance training, and was awarded with several different scholarships for excellence in performing. Ido is also an AICF recipient for gifted artists. 

During his final year as a student Ido was cast to play the role of "Billy" in Eduard Albee's play “The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia” in The National Theatre of Israel - Habima. He then became an active actor in Habima Theatre for four years.

At the same time Ido was also performing in various roles in Beit Lessin Theatre, dubbing, and acting in TV series and films. His credits includes the lead role in the TV musical series “Marry Lou”, which was later adapted to a worldly wide movie.

In 2009 Ido joined The Cameri Theatre of Tel Aviv, where he has worked until 2017. He played leading and supporting roles in many shows and musicals. The last of which was Tony in “West Side Story”.

After nine months of recess and inspiration in New York, he returned to Israel in August 2017 and continues to work as an actor and director. 
In 2019, Ido directed the musical version of Talya Lavie's hit film “Zero Motivation” and the show received rave reviews and great success.
